How to pay online?

We have third party apps that can process different modes of payment. If you prefer to use GCash and pay us directly, choose the "GCash - DIRECT to the Store without Third Party Apps" option, once you've placed an order, we will email you with our GCash information.Β You will have 24 hours to make a paymentΒ or the order will be cancelled.Β 

Can I put an item on hold?

No, we cannot put items on hold online- only in store.Β 

Can I pick up items in the store?

Of course- please choose pick up or send us a message before buying.Β 

Are all items brand new?

At the moment, we sell handpicked preloved and vintage items. It will be also mentioned on the listings if items are secondhand or brand new.

Can I return an item?

For items bought online and shipped, it is final sale.Β For items dropped off or sold through meet ups, it is final sale.Β For items bought in our pop up shops, it is final sale.Β For items bought in person, in our physical store, you can exchangeΒ it within seven days from the date of purchase.Β 

How much for shipping?

We use J&T express and these are the rates from Luzon:

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL 15 PESOS FOR EACH RATE; THIS IS THE HANDLING/PROCESSING FEE.Β 

When will I receive my item?

This is J&T express' estimated shipping times. Please be considerate as it can vary due to circumstances beyond our control.Β 

My shipping fee on multiple items looks expensive. Can I get a direct quote instead?Β 

Of course- please do fill up our contact form with the items you want, city, province and postal code.Β 

Can I cancel my online order?

We doΒ NOT accept order cancellations so please shop responsibly. In certain special cases (if accidentally purchased the wrong variation) we can swap out a size for you or colour if: you notify us before your order is fulfilled and if we have stock on hand.
